These are super comfy & stretchy leggings for girls. These are girls' must-have items that can be worn throughout the year! ! I used a heather grey stretch knit for the body, and attached 4 layers of heather grey knit ruffles at the bottom with a satin bow. The ruffles are rolled hem stitched in the same color.
